Information we collect

SoloFuel collects the account details you provide, including your name and email address; meal-planning preferences such as budget, general protein and calorie targets, dietary preference, disliked foods and cooking equipment; saved meal plans; and payment status. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by SoloFuel.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, generate and save meal plans, provide customer support, verify purchases, improve the pilot and prevent misuse.

Storage and processors

The pilot is hosted on Netlify. Account and plan records are stored using Netlify's data-storage services. Stripe processes checkout payments. These providers may process data in countries outside your own under their respective terms.

Health-related information

SoloFuel is a general wellness planner, not a medical service. Do not enter diagnoses, medical records, severe allergy details or other sensitive clinical information into the pilot.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and saved-plan data while the pilot operates or until you request deletion, subject to records required for payment, security or legal compliance. Email the support address shown on the site to request access or deletion.

Security

Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes, sessions use HTTP-only cookies, and secret service credentials are kept in server-side environment variables. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
