SoloFuel is an independently developed meal-planning web application for people who shop and cook primarily for themselves. The product focuses on a problem that generic recipe tools often miss: one person pays for complete grocery packages even when a recipe uses only part of them.
What SoloFuel is designed to do
SoloFuel creates seven-day meal plans from a user-selected weekly budget, general protein and calorie targets, store preference, cooking-time limit, available equipment, dietary preference and food dislikes. It also creates grocery quantities, package-aware cost estimates, recipe steps and a preparation workflow.
What makes the approach different
The product separates the estimated checkout total from the estimated value consumed during the week and the value carried into the next week. It also supports meal replacement suggestions without requiring the user to discard the complete plan.
What SoloFuel is not
SoloFuel is not medical nutrition advice, a diagnosis service or a substitute for a registered dietitian. It is not intended for severe allergies, pregnancy nutrition, eating-disorder recovery or clinical diet management.
